As a local, family business since 1990, we have embraced the vital concept and the strength of loyalty from day one. Several of our earliest employees are still members of our team, and we continue to provide chauffeured car services to nearly all of our original clients.
We aren’t interested in providing you with service for one day. We are invested in our relationship with you, and we want to grow that relationship for many years to come.
While we do not run a high-margin service, we want to do all we can to reinforce the notion of loyalty with you, our valued clients. Which is why, after many requests, we have developed and launched a customer loyalty program.
As soon as you enroll in this program, you will start accruing points. You will receive quarterly statements to keep you apprised of your points’ value. You may at any time request an up to date point balance by emailing Loyalty Program Coordinator, Jared Cordeau, at jared.cordeau@gracecharter.com.
While points are non-transferrable, they will always be yours, as they do not expire. The parameters of our program may change, from time to time, but your points are yours until you use them. Now, every $100 you spend traveling with Grace, you earn 100 points. Your points may be used as follows:

How Does it Work?
Simple. With every $100 spent, you will earn 100 Loyalty Points. Each quarter you will receive a statement with your personalized Loyalty Points balance. These Points will never expire. Earn double points by booking your ground transportation needs through our global partner network.*
Blackout dates may apply. Subject to vehicle availability. Points may not be used towards gratuity, parking or tolls. Points options cannot be combined with discounts or other promotions. Points are non-transferrable. Loyalty Points may not be accrued if the trip is already discounted or invoiced to a corporation.
All vehicles have a 4-hour minimum booking requirement, except for the Sedans and SUVs, which have a 2-hour minimum booking requirement..*
